Harry Potter exhibit event in support of Lumos

Eddie Redmayne and Ezra Miller attended a LUMOS event at the British Library
tonight. Celebrating 20 years since the publication of The Philosopher’s Stone.
‘Harry Potter: A History of Magic’ (opens 20th Nov - 28th Feb) is an exhibition
featuring books, manuscripts & magical objects! (x) - more

While attending a special event on Thursday evening to promote J.K. Rowling's
charity Lumos at The British Library, home of the Harry Potter: A History of
Magic anniversary exhibit, SnitchSeeker got the chance to quickly talk to
Fantastic Beasts film series stars Ezra Miller and Eddie Redmayne about the
title of the sequel, out next year.
SnitchSeeker: So I've just told Ezra the title of the movie, and the picture.
What did you think? - Ezra Miller: I really liked it, and I just want to take this
opportunity to thank you, Milo, for being the one, somehow, to reveal the title
of the film that I'm currently making, to me. This is a great moment.
...Redmayne, who was also on hand at the Lumos event, ...did quickly tell
our team that he was told the name of the sequel yesterday, and was pretty
excited when it was revealed to him. (

We have a title: 'Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald'

Today marks one year until the next Fantastic Beasts film is released in cinemas,
and Warner Bros. has revealed that the title will be

A first look at ‘The Crimes of Grindelwald’ ensemble cast

Left to right: Jude Law, Ezra Miller, Claudia Kim, Zoë Kravitz, Callum Turner,
Katherine Waterston, Eddie Redmayne, Dan Fogler, Alison Sudol and Johnny Depp.

Yesterday Warner Bros. gave us a tease from the Fantastic Beasts sequel, with a picture
of the world’s most famous wand and the wand we think defeated it. But today we got
a whole lot more, namely our first look at the cast, including Jude Law as Dumbledore,
With the movie set to hit theaters one year from today (November 16, 2018),
Warner Bros. has provided us with our first official cast photo.

“Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends
and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world,” and that could mean
some very difficult decisions for Newt himself.

New Eddie Redmayne interview in Grazia Italia

Eddie was interviewed in Venice by Piero Macchioni.

Eddie spoke about two babies, a magician and a pair of jeans

Fifteen years ago Eddie , was among the students of Deborah Howard,
Cambridge University arts teacher, in Venice... I wonder what would
Howard Professor say now of the billboard with the portrait of
her redhead pupil who currently holds one of lagoon palaces.

The Yellow Handkerchief LA premiere press junket interview

My gifs from The Yellow Handkerchief interview with Eddie Redmayne
and Kristen Stewart at the LA premiere press junket in Feb. 2010

Excerpt from Eddie's statement in the interview about getting on with people
you wouldn't normally get on with. You can find kindred spirits anywhere!

"I find often, that we have prejudgment for certain people we get on with... "
"People from completely different worlds, who in no ways should be able to fit, do fit."

Eddie Redmayne appreciations from fellow actors:

“You know who I love? I love Eddie Redmayne. Young Eddie Redmayne. Mr. Transformational. Mr. Lead in “Les Miz.” Then winning the Oscar for “The Theory of Everything.” His ability to transform and his commitment and accuracy in doing so is utterly inspirational. He’s like a young Meryl Streep, whom I also deeply admire. I’m also a big fan of Bill Nighy.”

"Well I'd rather not talk about Eddie Redmayne if you don't mind (laughs). Well I've learned one thing from Eddie, which is never to work with anyone quite so talented and good-looking again, I've learned that much! But we've had a fantastic ride on this show and he's, for my money, he's certainly one of the best actors of his generation...hard working, committed. He loves the theatre. He's dedicated. He wants to be the best actor he can be and that, for young man like Eddie who has got so many opportunities, to really want to focus on that it's a great thing." (via)

Fantastic Beasts 2 News - Illustrated Fantastic Beasts book

The second movie still doesn't have a title. J.K. Rowling Tweeted, that it will be revealed
soon, until then I just call it Fantastic Beast 2. The original Twitter account of the movie
recently released two pictures teasing the plot of the film.

Left: @FantasticBeasts: A newly published author must have a book launch party.
Newt Scamander has been busy. - The image up left shows the book's launch event
date, Saturday, March 19, 1927, in ties with Obscurus Books (the publisher), and
Flourish & Blotts in Diagon Alley - it seems like fans will see Diagon Alley (x)
Right: @FantasticBeasts: The only known maker of the Philosopher's Stone.
What mysteries may be locked away? - New promo picture for Fantastic Beasts 2
Next Fantastic Beasts film reveals new characters – including Nicolas Flamel
We suspect you may recognise a few of the names. (Pottermore article)

"I think the pleasure of these Fantastic Beasts films is that they'll work on their
own terms. You don't need to know Harry Potter to enjoy them, but if you do,
you have another layer, another level to enjoy," David Heyman told Digital Spy
"I'm very excited as more nuggets drop and audiences respond. Fans will be
incredibly excited. This next film is different to the first, but each film will
march to its own beat and have its own tone. I don't yet know if the series
will get darker, although all of them will be fun and entertaining."(via)

Highgate Cemetery was closed for filming for over a fortnight in October
Ms Causer said: “Our clues were Warner Bros and Triton Films, and the addition
of a black column by the Egyptian Avenue and the sign, ‘Le Prevost de Basserode’,
added above one of the vaults in the Circle of Lebanon. “My son thinks it must be
Fantastic Beasts. The new one is set partly in France, so it makes sense.” (via)

Update Nov 12: Another location, that became a film set Saturday

@NMurrayBeale Tweeted: My street is a film set today. Circa 1930 curtains
and spotlights upstairs. Waiting for #Eddie & #Johnny...
Later she added: Just a regular Sat night watching #EddieRedmayne pace
elegantly up & down my street. It’s the green door!!!

More from the London filming this weekend.

In her Collider interview Carmen Ejogo admitted she doesn't expect her role to be
as prominent in the second movie as it was int he first installment, Fantastic Beasts
and Where to Find Them, and that she will return to the UK next week to continue
shooting more scenes for the still-unnamed feature, out next November. (via)

Jessica Williams on how did she get involved in FB2:
"I hung out with J.K. [Rowling], and she had reached out to me
a couple of days after we met. She sent me these emails about
this really amazing character that she had been working on.
That’s pretty much how it all got started. It’s really exciting.
I leave next Friday for London, so I’m really
excited about this. It’s like my wildest dream."

Five years have passed

It’s been five years since I’m a huge fan of Eddie Redmayne. This edit is a slideshow
from the first saved photos. At the beginning I just browsed the web, checked pictures,
movies, videos, blogs, read every articles I could. Later I started my blogs to share my
admiration for Eddie with you all. I know I’m not perfect, but I’m trying my best.
I didn’t have any experience in writing before I started blogging, moreover I cannot
even speak English properly (still have to use translator a lot). Thanks to everyone to
keep following me, and I hope I can continue the work for a long time. I love making
posts about Eddie, it makes me happy. He’s the most wonderful actor and such a
beautiful person inside and out. Love you all. ❤️❤️❤️😘

The actual pictures I saved are in my old post here
